Today in the mail most of you will receive a package from First Choice Association Management. This is the company that was selected as our new property management company. Please read through the package and let any board member or the new property manager know if you have questions on the information received. The board member contact information can be found on the tree tops website. http://www.tampatreetops.com/contact
We have reported the issue with the exit gate to the property management company. The chain that operates the gate appears to have broken. Service will be called in the morning.
The pump is being repaired and will be back up and running by Friday PM. The well company said it could be as early as Thursday PM. The repairs to the pump were significant. The cost of repairs was $3204.65. This is the first expenses we have had in a long time on the pump.
The system is down and repair service has been called. More information will be posted after we hear back from the service technician.

The board was informed today by HBH that this meeting needs to be cancelled. We are working with HBH to schedule and will publish as soon as we know the new date and time.
On the second Monday at 8am of every month, there will be an Architectural Review meeting held at HBH headquarters. More details will be shared in the upcoming newsletter. Attached is the meeting agenda for this meeting.

Security Issues Reported Today
Recently we had two security issues within the neighborhood that you all should know about. A resident reported today that their car was broken into in their driveway on Thursday night. Several items were stolen.
The same resident reported that their mailbox was damaged and mail was taken from the mailbox. The mail contained checks for bills. Two of the letters were found on a neighbor’s lawn.
As always keep a watchful eye for suspicious activity and report anything you see to the police immediately.
Landscape Lighting
Ron Ellett our Secretary / Treasurer on the board is also our neighborhood volunteer for replacing bulbs in our landscape lighting. Ron has also fixed several of the fixtures on the weekends that were rusted and did not work properly. If you see a light out, Ron would like you to email him at ron@austincenter.net. If you see Ron walking around the neighborhood, take the time to thank him as this saves the association money for something that is easily repaired by the home team.
