Welcome to our quiet home on the internet. Tree Tops Neighborhood is a gated community situated in the heart of the Westchase community in Tampa, Florida.
Our gate is open due to the fiber optic line used to communicate with homes being cut. The repair company will be out tomorrow and then service will be restored.
There is a red persian named is Zander missing – he kind of looks like a Garfield without the weight problem with smashed in face. The owner’s name is Lisa 727 249 7803. She has just moved across the street in Lake Chase from a large home so he accidentially got out during some construction. She is beside herself. If anyone sees him- he normally is quit talkative and friendly, please call her.
The agenda for Wednesday, February 23 at the Upper Tampa Bay Library at 5pm is located here: Tree Tops Meeting Notice and Agenda
All -
Just a quick note to let you know that we will be starting the landscape improvements at the park this weekend. We are having delivered viburnum shrubs to plant around the front edge and one of the back edges of the jump zone of the new swing set.
One of the criteria for getting grant money was having community involvement. If you can help out for about an hour at 10am, please come with a shovel to the park on Saturday.
Thank you very much for your consideration.
Dear Neighbors –
The board is very excited about the use the new swing additions are getting in the play facility area. Very shortly the new cover will be added to the old play facility and landscaping will be added around the edges of the jump zone of the swings. Next year’s budget will also include some additional trees along the street to buffer the play facility from the street view.
We want to take the time to thank Hillsborough County for the grants we received to make these additions possible. Our next enhancements include the planting of trees behind the cypress trees by the retention pond behind the Beagle Run residences. This will significantly increase the privacy for these residents and increase the property values of those homes. Once again we have received grants for both the irrigation and trees substantially offsetting the cost of this project.
Thank You Hillsborough County!
