Minutes of the Board of Directors Meeting

February 26, 2010

CALL TO ORDER  

Having noted that a quorum was present, Brian Bradway called the meeting to order at 10:32 am.

ROLL CALL

Present at the meeting was Brian Bradway, Charley Hannah and Mary Strong. 

FINANCIAL REPORT

Mary Strong reported the following bank balances per the 1/31/10 bank statement:

Reserve Account:  $ 51,750.00

Operating Account:  $ 224,856.06

Money Market Account:  $ 24,334.35

NEW BUSINESS

None

NOTICE OF NEXT MEETING  

The Board of Directors will convene at the Upper Tampa Bay Library, 11211 Countryway Boulevard, Tampa, Florida on April 1, 2010 from 4 pm to 5:30 pm.

ADJOURNMENT

There being no further business to come before the Board, Mary Strong made a motion to adjourn the meeting.  Motion seconded by Brian Bradway.  Meeting adjourned at 12:00 noon
