Feature 1: Subscribe by E-mail

Tree Tops information is posted online and now comes directly to e-mail. By clicking on the Subscriptions link you can sign-up to receive instant updates. If you feel overwhelmed or bothered, it’s easy to unsubscribe. This is a great new feature for Tree Tops and enrollment is completely under your control.

Some reasons to subscribe:

• Know when meeting minutes are posted online
• Keep up-to-date with projects or events
• Feel more connected to your neighborhood
• Convenience

One other thing to remember: please add tampatreetops.com to your list of allowed senders. If you don’t receive our e-mails, it’s possible they’re being marked as spam.

Feature 2: Community Forum

The Tree Tops website is the public, open presence of the community.  However, some discussions are better fostered in a closed forum. To better foster those discussions, Tree Tops now has an online bulletin board located at http://forum.tampatreetops.com.

Registered users can read, post, comment, and even attach multiple files.  Polls can be created to get quick feedback on a variety of issues.  Registration is simple but to restrict users to residents of the community, a registration code is required.  Your property manager will know this code as will many of your neighbors.
