The Tree Tops Neighborhood Association was incorporated within the State of Florida on August 8, 2002. Tree Tops Neighborhood is a gated community situated in the heart of the Westchase community in Tampa, Florida. The purposes of the Association are many but from the Articles of Incorporation, Tree Tops Neighborhood will (paraphrased):
- “Provide for the ownership, operation, Maintenance, repair, use and preservation of the Common Areas”
- “Promote the health, safety, and welfare of the Owners which constitute the membership of the Association”
